Production: Printed and packed in 2–7 business days, then shipped.
Delivery: After your order ships, transit usually takes:
- Canada: 3–8 business days
- United States: 3–4 business days
- European Union: 5–10 business days (occasionally up to 20)
Free shipping: Orders of 2 or more tees ship free.
You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Separate packages: Some orders are printed at different facilities, so your items may arrive in more than one package.
Customs and duties: We print with partners in several countries and choose them to keep shipping fast and costs low where we can. International orders may still be charged customs fees, duties, or taxes by your country, and the customer is responsible for these charges.
Address errors: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned because the address was wrong or incomplete, we can reship it, but you'll pay the shipping cost again.
Lost packages: If tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, or your order hasn't arrived within 25 days of shipping, contact us at standupenterprises@protonmail.com and we'll sort it out.
Return & Exchange Policy
Because every piece is made to order, we don't accept returns or give refunds if you change your mind. Please check the size chart before you order.
Wrong size: We're happy to exchange for a different size within 25 days of delivery. The item must be unworn and unwashed. To start an exchange, email standupenterprises@protonmail.com with your order number and the size you need. You'll pay to ship the item back to us, plus shipping on the replacement.
Damaged, misprinted, or wrong item: If something arrives damaged, misprinted, or isn't what you ordered, email standupenterprises@protonmail.com within 25 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the problem. We'll send a free replacement or give you a full refund. You won't need to send the item back.
